Translation.

I, Wong On, the maker of this Presentation Dead, have an adopted daughter named Wong Chi Ian, aged 8 years, born in the Yam Tas year. I desire to present her to Lam Leung Shi. Both parties have agreed. Lam Leung Shi will support and bring her up. The business is completed this very day.
